PolySteel is a
unique patented composite piping system manufactured by Duraduct and
consisting of a polyethylene liner pulled through a spiral steel casing
and joined with steel flanges and polyethylene stub flanges. The piping
system is designed for the conveying of liquids such as water, waste
water, corrosive and abrasive fluids typically suited to Poly (HDPE)
application but the strength of the outer steel casing allows for pumping
fluid at extremely high pressures and the quick movement of large volumes
of fluid.
